Love the peace of mind that comes with purchasing this product

hindi magamit ng father ko thru online check up, may hinihinging patient id number, then i'll try to call and message sa viber ng i care, wala nagrereply for my concerned regarding patient id number, we can't proceed sa online check up.

Bought this just to have peace of mind incase of emergency for my kids.
We were able to use it because my child fell down the stairs, and the approval was hassle-free and fast.

I had an accident and fractured my left foot which required surgery. I accumulated almost Php200K in hospital bills and thankfully I was covered for Php100K.

I didn't expect much from this prepaid plan, but I was grateful that it covered our bills along with our PhilHealth. Because of that, I purchased another ER CARE plan, but I can't register it since my previous plan is still active, even though it has already been fully consumed. Can someone assist me? I have already sent multiple emails. Thank you.

My son's card expired, and I bought a new one but it still says inactive.

I took advantage of this when I was admitted for 3 days due to infectious diarrhea with moderate dehydration. I had no problem with the plan I bought and was very grateful since iCare covered the bill except for the miscellaneous charges which were at around Php 2,500 which I didn't mind paying at all. The only issue I had was with the processing of the bill.  Icare's customer rep who was in charge of submitting the docs to the hospital unfortunately sent it to the wrong hospital. I called the rep to follow up on the status at around 3 pm and was told to wait since I was the third in line.  It was about 6 pm and there was still no status so I called the rep again only to figure out she sent it to the wrong email address. We were finally given the hospital clearance at around 8 pm.

I registered this for my daughter. Thankfully, we didn't use it, but we trust that this will be helpful in an emergency.

My daughter was admitted for 4 days due to pneumonia and excess bill was around P16k+ after PHIC deductions and we paid excess amounting to P1,404 - this amount sums up, covid test, dietary and miscellaneous charges of the hospital, which I believe is just fair.

Nag depend sila kay Doc which is ang diagnosis “Sudden onset of skin rashes evident on face, arms and body,)
In short, wala ra pud koy nabayran. I was attended by the Physician properly and HMO coverage was not a problem.
